A working at height medical will help ensure that your employees are medically fit to be working at height.
The Working at Height Regulations 2005 state that all employees who work at height should undergo a medical assessment in order to reduce the risk of falls and injury.
A place is considered ‘at height’ if there is considerable risk that an employee may be injured from falling from such place, and surprisingly, this can include places that are at or below ground level.
The Working at Height Medical involves a general health screen (vision, BMI, etc), a grip strength test, urinalysis, a fitness test and a consultation with an GWO approved Doctor.
